• Brush on a thin coat of Wood'n Stain™ in plank size sections
• Pull the graining tool through each section while coat is still wet
• If you don't like the grain, apply another coat of Wood'n Stain over that section and grain it again
• Wash your brush and graining tools thoroughly.

Apply Wood'n Stain

This step is optional

• Apply 0 to 3 coats of Wood'n Stain. Each coat will make your project less rustic.
• Make final strokes long, in the direction you want the grain
Reminder: Do not wipe back the stain like other stains
• Clean your brush while you give the project 2 hours to dry completely.
• If you are limited on time, then use a blow dryer.
  (Dry time may take as little as 5 minutes with the use of a blow dryer on high heat)

Apply Gel Stain ^Alternative

This step is optional

• Apply 0 to 3 coats of Gel Stain Alternative, as desired.
• You can use a brush, sponge or lint free cloth like a clean sock
  Keep working the stain until all speckles are gone.
• Make your final swipes long in the direction you want the grain.
• Allow each coat 2 hours to dry. You can use a blow dryer to speed up dry time to a little as 5 minutes.
